Why Paradiso Dell' Amore?
We are Americans of Italian descent. We work directly with our family, friends and special event contacts and vendors in Italy. No middleman. We speak your language and more importantly we speak theirs! We work very closely with you to understand your wants and needs and will work fervently with our Italian vendors to ensure that you receive and experience the wedding or special event of your dreams! If romance is in the air, Paradiso dell ‘Amore (Paradise of Love) is your only choice!
Other destination event coordinators are Americans, living in the states, and have to hire and work through an Italian coordinator to plan the events. This increases your costs and you forfeit much of the control. Or, you could go directly with an Italian coordinator, but will find it very difficult to communicate and coordinate your event from abroad.
We are based in North Texas, but all of our arrangements will be handled over the phone, through email and with the use of video calls. Of course, we won’t let you go at it alone, and will be IN Italy for your entire event and will oversee every detail from start to finish.

Whether you are planning an elopement/honeymoon, or a full wedding with all your friends and family in tow, we are able to handle every detail of your special day. Our knowledge and experience will make for the perfect Italian destination event.
You will receive;
Complete customization according to your budget. We will provide ideas, examples and suggestions at all price points and allow you to choose the ones that will truly make you happy.
Assistance creating your theme. Choose an American theme with an Italian setting or go all out incorporating Italian customs into your perfect day.
- Pre-event planning of every detail
- Coordination of travel and lodging
- Coordination of tours and excursions
- Reservation and coordination with the event venue staff from start to finish
Complete event plan customized to your personality and desires, timeline in writing, proofs for approvals on all event purchases and decisions including budget, venue, decor, catering menu, cake/desserts, floral, music/entertainment, equipment rental, hair/make-up, photography, transportation and any additional event needs.
Collection of all deposits and final payments. Currency exchange and payment to all vendors in advance of the event
Your event coordinator will be in Italy with you, overseeing every last detail and in attendance for all your event related activities.
